消息面上，8月10日，麦科医药-B发布公告，本集团自主研发的用于治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的注射用神经保护候选药物MT200605的临床前及I期临床数据，已获接纳于2026年第十八届世界卒中大会(WSC 2026)作口头报告。MT200605的I期临床研究分别在中国及美国进行，旨在评估MT200605在健康受试者中的安全性、耐受性及药代动力学。
在MT200605的临床前及I期临床数据获接纳于WSC 2026上作口头报告的同时，MT200605用于急性缺血性脑卒中的II期临床试验已获得具有统计学意义及临床相关性的结果，并达到主要终点。详细的临床数据将于未来在国际学术会议上公布并在学术期刊上发表。根据现有的II期临床结果，MT200605在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中展现出显著、稳健的疗效，且安全性、耐受性良好。
