智通财经APP讯，森松国际(02155)发布公告，根据购回授权，本公司获准于香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)购回最多 1.27亿股股份，占于股东周年大会当日已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份)的10%。本公司董事会谨此宣布，于2026年8月10日，其已议决动用购回授权，以不时在公开市场上以不超过5000万港元总金额购回股份(建议股份购回)。本公司将以内部现金资源为建议股份购回提供资金。
董事会相信，股份目前的交易价格并未反映其内在价值或本公司的实际业务前景，而建议股份购回也反映本公司对其自身业务发展前景充满信心。董事会亦认为，本公司目前的财务资源将使其能够实施建议股份购回，同时维持稳健的财务状况。
