8月12日，百花医药（维权）（600721.SH）发布公告称，公司股票连续10个交易日内日收盘价格涨幅偏离值累计超过100%，根据上交所的有关规定，属于股票交易严重异常波动情形。公司是以小分子化学仿制药研发为主的CRO企业，不涉及创新药研发。公司2026年第一季度实现营业收入6718.29万元，同比下降30.68%，归属于上市公司股东的净利润664.27万元，同比下降67.94%。目前公司主营业务未发生重大变化，市场环境、行业政策没有发生重大调整，股价短期内连续上涨，涨幅与公司经营情况严重偏离。
