智通财经APP获悉，周三，腾讯控股ADR(TCEHY.US)盘初跌近4%，现报57.33美元。消息面上，腾讯控股2026年第二季度营收稳健增长，但大规模AI基础设施投入正在重塑公司财务结构——净利润低于市场预期，资本支出创历史新高，自由现金流录得负值。腾讯第二季度营收同比增长11%至2048亿元人民币，略超彭博综合预期的2028亿元。净利润为560亿元，市场预期为584亿元。Non-IFRS经营利润756.4亿元，同比增长9%;若剔除新AI产品影响，Non-IFRS经营利润同比增长19%至861亿元。
与此同时，资本支出大幅跳升至528亿元，远超预期的321亿元，与上年同期的191亿元相比几近翻三倍，导致本季录得138亿元负自由现金流。公司表示，若剔除AI算力采购预付款项，自由现金流为376亿元。
管理层将上述支出定性为对AI基础设施的战略性前期投入，用于支持Hy模型升级、WorkBuddy及CodeBuddy推理需求、微信AI举措，以及满足外部客户对云服务持续增长的需求。对投资者而言，这意味着腾讯正在进入一个高资本投入、短期盈利承压的AI扩张阶段。
