智通财经APP讯，微创医疗(00853)发布公告，本集团于截至2026年6月30日止6个月的业绩情况预计如下：本集团持续经营业务收入实现同比约12%至14%的增长，尤其出海业务继续贡献约140%的强劲增长;本集团经营层面的盈利能力稳步改善，持续经营业务毛利率同比提升约3至4个百分点，并持续推进精细化运营及费用管控。期间内，持续经营业务取得经营性净利润不低于2400万美元(截至2025年6月30日止6个月期间：持续经营业务经营性净亏损4.13亿美元);然而，受期间内产生财务成本约4300万美元，以及汇率波动，可转换贷款的公允价值重估，以及若干资产减值及交易事项产生的一次性损失等一次性/非现金性因素影响，预计本集团持续经营业务取得期间净亏损不超过5000万美元(截至2025年6月30日止6个月期间：持续经营业务净亏损4900万美元)。
截至本公告日期，就期间内预计取得净亏损，本公司已获得可换股贷款相关协议项下适用于期间的财务约束的豁免。未来，本集团将一如既往秉持“聚焦核心”战略，就本集团非核心/亏损业务寻求多方共赢的战略方案，妥善安排及持续优化本集团债务条件及结构，以进一步改善本集团的经营状况及财务表现。
