公司披露：美国门店与运营高级执行副总裁安 - 玛丽・坎贝尔负责日常运营工作；首席财务官理查德・麦克费尔负责财务管理以及面向专业客户的 Pro 业务板块。
董事会首席独立董事格雷格・布伦内曼将在德克休假期间兼任董事会主席。相关任命由董事会作出，且 “契合德克本人的建议”。
布伦内曼在公告中表示：“家得宝拥有零售业顶尖的管理团队。安 - 玛丽与理查德能力出众、经验丰富，二人共事已超过 20 年。我们相信两人有能力在此阶段带领公司前行，静待泰德归来。”
本次公告发布后不到一周，公司将于下周二公布第二财季业绩。家得宝并未透露德克健康状况更多细节。
61 岁的坎贝尔自 1985 年加入家得宝，最初担任收银员，一路晋升至门店与运营高级执行副总裁。56 岁的麦克费尔 2005 年入职家得宝，自 2019 年 9 月起出任首席财务官。
根据证券监管申报文件，两名高管接管额外工作后，不会获得额外薪酬。
