智通财经APP讯，中国秦发(00866)发布公告，集团预期于截至2026年6月30日止六个月(该期间)将录得除税后溢利不多于人民币2.9亿元，而于截至2025年6月30日止六个月则录得来自持续经营业务的除税后溢利人民币3100万元。
本集团除税后溢利增加主要由于以下因素： (i) 该期间平均煤炭销售价较2025年同期增加;(ii) 持续经营业务的原煤产量由截至2025年6月30日止六个月的205万吨增加至该期间的414万吨;iii) 持续经营业务的洗选煤产量由截至2025年6月30日止六个月的 124万吨增加至该期间的214万吨;(iv) 该期间汇兑亏损较2025年同期减少人民币1600万元。印尼盾兑人民币及美元的货币贬值，导致结算货币性项目及折算货币性项目而产生的汇兑亏损约人民币5500万元(2025年：人民币7100万元);及(v) 于该期间录得预估负债变动收益约人民币1.65亿元。
