8月12日，上海一指智造科技有限公司创始人刘燕庭就AI具身机器人灵巧手指关节模组及超微谐波减速器的落地应用发表演讲。

　　他表示，公司自去年11月成立以来，专注于将超微谐波减速器工程样机转化为量产产品，今年2月已成功落地8毫米和3毫米两款超微型谐波减速器。他强调，超微型化是灵巧手指关节应用的核心诉求——8毫米谐波减速器配合内8外14轴承，可使指关节封装外径控制在16毫米以内，若外径达10毫米或12毫米，封装尺寸将超过20毫米，在手指上基本无法使用。

　　他表示，在性能方面，产品机械效率已达90%以上，并通过50万次重复性验证，重复精度保持在±5角秒；旋转模组更完成了200万次验证，柔轮累计旋转近4000万圈，可靠性基本过关。

　　他表示，目前首样已组装完成，9月产能可达每月2000至3000个，预计10月初将提升至每月2万个。

　　据悉，一指智造已获得新疆火炬控股子公司恒科鑫（深圳）智能科技有限公司的产业投资，双方将强强联合、产业协同，共同推动具身智能机器人核心零部件的国产化进程。
