消息面上，微创心通公告，由于集团于2025年12月19日完成收购心律管理业务，心律管理业务于截至2026年6月30日止六个月首次全部合并入本集团财务报表。根据目前可得最新资料的评估，预期报告期取得收入不低于1.53亿美元，净亏损不高于2500万美元。
报告期内，集团全球心律管理业务持续稳定增长，其中，中国市场起搏器植入量更取得双位数增幅；公司的VitaFlow Liberty®经导管主动脉瓣置换系统在CE认证覆盖区域商业化落地提速，在新兴国家注册与销售同步放量，实现在非中国区逾40个国家植入量较去年同期增长超过350%，并创下单月植入量超250台的记录。
