金吾财讯 | Meta Platforms（META）于8月10号对外公布，公司将全面遵守得州州长格雷格阿博特出台的数据中心相关标准与指导方针。阿博特方面表示，Meta的合规表态，是对当地监管指令作出的回应，这套指令要求数据中心运营主体自行承担相关成本，做好电网保护、水资源节约工作，尽可能降低项目对周边社区带来的各类影响。Meta对外作出说明，旗下数据中心产生的能源、水资源消耗成本，以及配套电网基础设施的建设服务成本，全部由企业自身承担，不会将相关开支转嫁到消费者身上。与此同时，公司设立全新的“FutureisforEveryoneFund”基金，围绕得州以及全美各地社区的实际需求落地定制化项目，资金将投向教师扶持、急救人员保障、能源与水利基础设施建设等方向。Meta还表态支持阿博特针对数据中心行业扩张开展全面审查，后续会主动和州政府官员、公用事业企业、行业参与者以及当地社区展开多方协作。得州这套数据中心监管标准设置多项硬性披露要求，项目推进之前，运营方需要公开税收激励、电力需求、现场发电设施、用水量与水源、冷却技术、社区保护措施以及各项所有权权益。得州公用事业委员会与得州电力可靠性委员会，会在项目审批落地之前完成专项审计，不符合监管规范的数据中心项目，存在被驳回审批的可能性，监管框架将对当地AI算力基建的扩张节奏形成约束。
