智通财经APP获悉，周一，油气股集体上涨，阿帕奇石油(APA.US)涨超5%，墨菲石油(MUR.US)涨超4%，西方石油(OXY.US)、雪佛龙(CVX.US)、埃克森美孚(XOM.US)涨超3%，康菲石油(COP.US)涨超2%。消息面上，受霍尔木兹海峡重新开放前景不确定以及中东持续紧张局势的支撑，国际原油价格持续走高。WTI原油期货涨幅扩大至2.80%，报80.35美元/桶;布伦特原油期货涨幅扩大至3%，报82.64美元/桶。
伊朗在同意全面重新开放海峡之前重申了若干条件。据报道，伊朗最高国家安全委员会秘书佐尔加德尔提出的条件包括：结束美国海上封锁，以及美国海军和空军从伊朗周边撤离。德黑兰还要求赔偿近期冲突造成的损失、解除制裁并无条件解冻伊朗资产。这些要求目前降低了航运迅速恢复正常的可能性，并有助于维持WTI价格中的风险溢价。
