智通财经APP讯，博雅互动(00434)发布公告，由于2026年上半年期间比特币价格下降，集团持有的数字资产于截至2026年6月30日止六个月预计将取得公平值减少，致使集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月预计将取得公司拥有人应占亏损约7.90亿港元至8.00亿港元左右。而截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团取得数字资产公平值增长，及取得公司拥有人应占利润约2.26亿港元。若剔除数字资产及股权投资合伙企业等金融资产之公平值变动等非经营一次性因素的影响，则集团于截至2026年6月30日止六个月预期将取得公司拥有人应占利润较2025年同期增加约120%至125%左右，主要由于截至2026年6月30日止六个月集团网络游戏收益预期较2025年同期有所增加。
