企业贷款综合融资成本明示

企业贷款综合融资成本包含利息和非利息成本。其中，利息成本即贷款利息，已在贷款合同或协议文本中明示；非利息成本则涉及抵押费、担保费、中介服务费等。

2025年1月，中国人民银行广东省分行在汕头、东莞市全市以及广州、佛山部分金融机构开展明示企业贷款综合融资成本试点；7月，将试点范围扩展至珠海、韶关等16个地市；目前，明示企业贷款综合融资成本工作范围已扩大至全省中资银行机构。
