　　据都市快报援引媒体消息，从今日起，通过豆包入口跳转抖音来客成交的酒店订单，将执行独立费率：11.4%的软件服务费加0.6%的支付手续费，综合费率约12%。

　　对此，有酒店行业人士表示，此消息属实，网传照片为抖音来客后台的通知，“现在豆包推荐酒店已经要收佣金了。”

　　7月27日，抖音生活服务学习中心曾发布《2026 年抖音生活服务平台特定渠道软件服务费政策说明》。

　　据介绍，软件服务费以“用户实付金额+除商家以外其他主体提供的补贴金额（如平台通用券）”为基数，并且根据不同的商家类型、商品类目、POI类目、产品类型、特定成交渠道实行固定或区间费率。其中特定渠道包括豆包，可能会根据平台服务情况有所调整，是否属于特定渠道订单以订单结算单的展示为准。
