【瑞银：维持九龙仓集团(00004.HK)“买入”评级 目标价27港元】智通财经APP获悉，瑞银发布研报称，维持九龙仓集团(00004.HK)“买入”的投资评级和目标价27港元不变。该行称，九仓上半年基本盈利为17亿港元，同比减17%，低于该行的预期，主要原因是部分剥离股权投资组合导致股利收入减少。若不计入中国发展物业的一次性减损5.47亿港元，基本利润应为22亿港元，与该行的预期基本一致。
