智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，8月11日，中油燃气(00603)出现仓位异动，转仓市值总计5211.53万港元，占比7.84%。该公司股东向阿仕特朗资本管理转入4.37亿股，从法国巴黎银行转出4.37亿股。
中油燃气公告，于2026年5月，公司与山东融汇物产集团有限公司(山东融汇)订立战略合作协议，据此，依托公司附属公司济宁中泰煤化有限公司(中泰煤化)，合作构建上下游联动模式。山东融汇意向合作开展天然气液化生产相关业务，产出液化天然气产品用于供应山东融汇制造及运营的新能源LNG船舶使用。共同探索打造“生产-加注-应用”全链条天然气综合利用发展路径(该合作)。
