WIA Gold (ASX:WIA) secured firm commitments to raise AU$125 million through the placement of 294.1 million new shares at AU$0.425 apiece, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Funds will be used to further advance the Kokoseb project in Namibia, the filing said.
