Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) logged AU$0.182 per unit in funds from operations for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.175 a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$212.2 million versus AU$197.2 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of AU$0.042 per share, up from AU$0.04075 a year earlier, payable Aug. 14 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
The company expects fiscal 2027 FFO of AU$0.188 to AU$0.192, up roughly 5.5% from fiscal 2026.
