智通财经APP获悉，内房股再度走低，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌5.79%，报0.57港元；美的置业(03990)跌5.26%，报2.52港元；富力地产(02777)跌2.4%，报0.203港元；新城发展(01030)跌1.07%，报1.385港元。
消息面上，北京近日发布重磅楼市新政。中邮证券指出，新政有望在“金九银十”前后显著提振一线核心城市成交活跃度、优先支撑刚需与置换链条修复，政策影响将先体现在交易量与流动性改善上，价格修复仍需观察基本面与政策延续性。
财信证券则表示，虽然全国销售数据依然下滑，但优质房企重点布局的核心城市，已经出现持续的结构性改善势头，优质房企销售额同比依然在增长。板块已对悲观预期过度反应，建议短期可进行左侧布局。建议关注深耕一线及核心二线城市的优质开发商，以及受益于二手房交易回暖的房地产经纪龙头。
