8月11日，煤炭股延续近期涨势，截至发稿，MONGOL MINING(00975)涨4.13%，报9.57港元；首钢资源涨3.63%，报2.71港元；兖矿能源涨3%，报13.05港元；兖煤澳大利亚涨1.44%，报32.42港元。
消息面上，8月10日，国家发改委、国家能源局发布《煤炭工业发展“十五五”规划》。中信期货发布研报称，总体来看，"十五五”规划对煤炭供应端更多是结构性优化而非总量性收缩或扩张，行业主要矛盾已从"够不够”"转向"好不好"。当前的政策规划对煤炭供应的边际影响趋于弱化，市场运行将更多由动态基本面主导。
山西证券表示，安监环境严格约束供给释放，山西事故频发对炼焦煤冲击更大。夏季来水偏少，煤电需求具备较强支撑。中报季市场交易风格侧重业绩，煤炭股后续上攻动力来自价格。国金证券表示，短期来看，关注9月前后新一轮补库驱动煤炭需求向上驱动的行情。长期来看，看好动力煤价格中枢抬升的带来的EPS和估值双击。
