消息面上，美国总统特朗普8月10日于社交媒体发文称，在伊朗要求美国就军事冲突进行赔偿后，他也要向伊朗提出索赔，并已指示美方谈判代表将这一要求明确纳入今后所有谈判议程中。光大期货表示，美伊就赔偿问题互提要求令重开霍尔木兹海峡的协议前景黯淡，整体来看，油价仍随着市场情绪反复震荡运行。
另需关注的是，据美国能源部8月10公布数据显示，截至上周，美国战略石油储备(SPR)减少610万桶，降至2.987亿桶，为1983年1月以来的最低水平。五矿期货此前指出，美国能源部释放SPR预期继续升温，但当前战略库存仅约4.1亿桶，低于2020年前长期5亿桶以上水平，释放空间有限。市场已计入“政策托底”预期，SPR对油价上行压制作用边际下降。
