消息面上，8月5日，开拓药业附属公司苏州开拓与丽宝康美旗下上海康美建立战略合作关系，围绕功效性原料KT-939在化妆品领域的应用转化、配方研发、工艺验证及 ODM/OEM 生产制造等方向开展协同合作，共同推动相关创新成果在化妆品领域的规范化应用与产业化转化。苏州开拓发挥功效性原料及相关研发技术优势，上海康美发挥化妆品配方开发、样品试制、工艺放大、质量管理及规模化生产制造能力。
本次与上海康美订立框架协议，旨在建立长期稳定的战略合作关系，充分发挥双方在创新原料研发与护肤品产品开发和生产制造领域的互补优势，推动功效性化妆品原料KT-939的市场转化和业务版图拓展。
