消息面上，上月底，健康之路发布补充公告，对约1.07亿港元未动用IPO资金进行战略重配。其中原计划用于扩大实体药房、大规模招聘现场健康助理及业务代表等资金，全面转向AI智能体技术研发与区域生态布局。值得关注的是，此次加码AI并非概念炒作，公司相关业务已实现连续落地，商业化路径清晰可验证。
2025年，AI智能体推出首年即创收超3200万元。今年3月，公司连中四川省骨科医院、安吉县人民医院数智化项目；6月中标日照移动算力并网项目。7月20日，健康之路与西安健康医疗集团签署AI智慧社区共建协议，计划覆盖西安首批30家基层医疗机构。这标志着公司AI方案已从单点试点走向标准化批量交付。
