　　花旗发布研报称，九龙仓置业（01997）管理层宣布将派息比率由65%上调至90%，中期息大增42%至每股94港仙，为市场带来重大惊喜。该行维持九置“买入”评级，目标价由31.6港元上调至36港元，又对公司展开90日正面催化剂观察，以反映零售续租租金拐点已至的信心增强及预期下半年潜在出售新加坡Scotts Square。该行又认为，管理层倾向重建马可孛罗香港酒店，长期而言可提升价值，并带来额外楼面面积。
