ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，Keel Infrastructure Corp.（前身为 Bitfarms）在第二季度财报中宣布已关闭其所有美国比特币挖矿业务，为将矿场改造为 AI 和高性能计算数据中心做准备。
公司在 4 月 1 日至 8 月 7 日期间出售了 1,085 枚 BTC，获得 7,500 万美元，目前仍持有 1,861 枚 BTC。Keel CEO 表示电力是制约因素，旗下三个优先站点接近获得全部许可，多个潜在租户正在洽谈。公司拥有 8.19 亿美元流动资金及未使用的 2027 年电力容量。
Keel 股价周一跌超 11%，第二季度营收 30,000 万美元同比下降 50%，从去年 Q2 的 11,000 万美元盈利转为 14,100 万美元亏损。
