智通财经APP讯，先健科技(01302)发布公告，剔除如下所述的若干非经常性项目，集团预期截至2026年6月30日止六个月将取得公司拥有人应占纯利介于人民币1.10亿元至1.20亿元之间 ，而2025年同期取得公司拥有人应占纯利约人民币2.385亿元。该减少主要由于收入下降;及汇兑收益净额大幅减少。该等非经常性项目包括以股份为基础的付款开支、按公平值计入损益的金融资产的其他损益及与涉及董事会已决议不予推进的北京华医圣杰科技有限公司股权收购及发行可换股债券的主要交易有关的预期交易费用。
考虑该等非经常性项目的影响，集团预期截至2026年6月30日止六个月将取得公司拥有人应占亏损介于人民币3000万元至4000万元之间，而2025年同期取得公司拥有人应占纯利约人民币5510万元。
