智通财经APP讯，永旺(00984)发布公告，于2026年8月12日，本公司(作为卖方)与买方(永旺金融服务(香港))订立该协议，本公司同意出售而买方同意购买该出售股份(即68.35万股AEON信贷股份，截至本公告日期占该股份已发行总数的约0.16%)，每股该出售股份作价8.83港元，合共总代价为603.53万港元(扣除交易成本前)。
根据AEON信贷的近期市价，董事认为，出售事项为变现本公司于部分该出售股份的投资的机会，从而增强本集团的现金状况，使得本集团能够重新分配更多财务资源用于本集团的一般营运资金。
