8月12日金融一线消息，新华保险公告称，公司近日召开的第三届职工代表大会第十次会议选举刘战鹏为第九届董事会职工董事，其董事任职资格尚需监管机构核准。

　　简历显示，刘战鹏，1973 年 1 月出生，中国国籍。刘战鹏现任新华保险党委宣传部部长、党建工作部总经理、定点帮扶工作办公室主任。刘战鹏长期从事党建群团、战略规划工作，自2011 年2 月至2023年 10 月历任新华保险战略发展部总经理、战略规划部总经理；自2001 年2 月至2011 年 2 月历任新华保险企划部计划统计处副经理、发展研究处经理、综合管理处经理、战略管理中心高级战略经理、战略管理中心战略发展部副总经理。刘战鹏于 1995 年 7 月毕业于首都经济贸易大学财政学专业。
