为严格强制性产品认证（CCC认证）监管，近日，市场监管总局（国家认监委）近日发布《关于发布电子坐便器、电热毯、电热垫及类似柔性发热器具强制性产品认证实施规则的公告》（以下简称《公告》），以更细要求、更严举措规范认证实施，筑牢产品质量安全底线。

《公告》坚持问题导向和目标导向，紧密结合产品的行业特点、安全特性和工艺流程，明确生产企业质量保证能力和产品一致性管控重点，加大证后监督力度，细化抽样检测要求，对企业实施更科学的分类管理，覆盖电子坐便器、电热毯、电热垫及类似柔性发热器具CCC认证全链条，压紧压实认证活动各相关方主体责任。

据悉，《公告》还对新版认证实施规则过渡期进行明确，规定自2026年10月1日起，应当按照新版认证实施规则开展CCC认证活动，已经颁发的有效CCC认证证书可继续使用。

下一步，市场监管总局（国家认监委）将扎实做好上述产品新版认证实施规则的政策宣贯，督促认证机构、检测机构及生产企业压实责任，持续加大监督与执法力度，积极营造安心、放心、省心、舒心的消费环境。
