NeOnc Technologies Says Phase 2a Trial of Intranasal NEO100 Met Progression-Free Survival Primary Endpoint

NeOnc Technologies (NTHI) said Wednesday the phase 2a portion of its trial of intranasal NEO100 in recurrent or progressive IDH1-mutant high-grade glioma met its primary endpoint with a six-month progression-free survival of 48.9%.

The trial further demonstrated a median overall survival of 26.09 months, with 12 deaths among 24 patients. Overall survival was 86.7% at six months, 60.9% at 12 months and 54.1% at 24 months, according to the company.

Looking ahead, NeOnc Technologies said it will request a type B meeting with the US Food and Drug Administration to align on a registrational development path for NEO100 in recurrent IDH1-mutant high-grade glioma.

Shares of the company were up over 1% in Wednesday premarket activity.
