智通财经APP讯，长城天下(00524)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2026年6月30日止6个月(本期间)录得未经审核股东应占综合亏损介乎约880万港元至980万港元，而截至2025年6月30日止6个月(上一期间)的未经审核股东应占综合亏损则约为660万港元。
董事会相信，本期间的亏损净额增加主要源于以下各项的整体影响：(a)本期间确认的其他收入减少约150万港元，主要源于以下各项的整体影响：(i)确认拨回2020年1月至2020年6月期间的员工成本及专业费用拨备的其他收入减少约110万港元;(ii)本期间并无确认提早终止租赁安排的收益，而上一期间则确认约80万港元;及(iii)本期间确认拨回贸易应付款项约30万港元，而上一期间并无相关其他收入;及(b)本期间的财务费用增加约100万港元，主要是由于本期间一名董事贷款的平均结余增加所致。
