智通财经APP讯，滨海投资(02886)发布公告，本公司的非全资附属公司启源智控分别与德清县新市镇白彪村集体经济组织和德清鑫合汇建设发展有限公司(统称“合约方”)订立协议，由启源智控投资建设分布式光伏发电项目(光伏项目)，预计投建总容量为351万瓦(以实际安装为准)。
启源智控利用合约方的屋面，投资、建设及运营光伏项目，包括项目备案、电网接入批复、施工许可等全部合规手续及设备采购、工程施工、后期运维管理等。租赁期限自光伏项目并网发电之日起算为十五年。光伏项目所产生的全部发电收益、国家补贴、绿证收益均归启源智控享有。
本公司认为，光伏项目作为本集团首次对外投建的分布式发电项目，标志着本集团在综合能源服务领域实现多元化项目落地的实质性突破，是加速向综合能源供应商转型的关键一步;光伏项目负责建设与运营的执行主体启源智控，是本集团与德清县政府战略合作的落地平台，整合了德清县的本地资源与政策协同优势;光伏项目在为本集团带来长期稳定收益的同时，亦将积淀形成可复制的分布式光伏实操经验，为本集团后续规模化拓展综合能源服务市场筑牢根基，持续为本公司股东创造长期可持续价值。
