Oversea-Chinese Banking (SGX:O39), OCBC, has added platinum and palladium bullion to its mobile app, allowing retail customers to trade the metals from 0.01 ounce from Aug. 11, The Business Times reported Tuesday.

Based on Aug. 7 prices, the minimum investment was about SG$23 for platinum and SG$18 for palladium. The offering expands OCBC's digital precious-metals platform, which has offered gold and silver trading since 2021, the news outlet said.

OCBC's research arm expects platinum to trade above $2,000 an ounce and palladium above $1,500 in the first half of 2027. The metals were priced at $1,833 and $1,389, respectively, at end-June, the report said.
