智通财经APP讯，茂业国际(00848)公布，预期该集团于2026年上半年取得净亏损约1.2亿-1.8亿元，而2025年上半年取得净利润约1192万元。本期，剔除投资性物业公允价值变动减值损失约1.25亿及商誉减值损失约4500万的影响，2026年上半年经营净亏损约800万至3800万之间。
公告称，预期业绩盈转亏主要由于主营业务表现受宏观环境影响，百货零售行业仍处于筑底调整阶段，叠加居民消费动能不足，客单价下降，影响公司营收下降，净利润承压;报告期内，因未就租赁合作的条款与有关合约方达成共识，关闭了若干门店，当中包括内蒙古维多利时代城与秦皇岛现代购物广场店。该门店关闭致营业收入相较上年同期减少约9428万，净利润减少约3135万。报告期内，根据相关会计政策规定，管理层鉴于谨慎原则，本期拟对投资性房地产公允价值变动损失计提约1.25亿元，对相关商誉减值损失计提约0.45亿元。
