消息面上，瑞风新能源此前公告，中文股份简称由“瑞风新能源”更改为“瑞风绿能智算”，自8月10日上午九时正起生效。董事会认为，建议更改公司名称将能反映人工智能算力业务与现有新能源业务相结合的业务多元化。
今年2月，瑞风新能源公曾宣布与宣化经开管委会正式签署投资框架协议，将总投资约人民币240亿元，在宣化区启动建设华北地区规模最大的推理算力集群园区—宣化人工智能算力中心项目。
