消息面上，博泰车联宣布收购成都明夷约70%股权。据悉，成都明夷是国内极少数可实现单通道100GTIA电芯片量产的企业，应用于400G/800G光模块中，具备全面替代国际领先通信芯片的潜力。其射频前端芯片性能指标对标国际头部厂商，处于行业领先地位。公司收购成都明夷可充分享受光通信电芯片需求高增及国产替代的行业红利。
