智通财经APP讯，长江生命科技(00775)发布2026年中期业绩，该集团取得收入27.16亿港元，同比增加4.22%;公司股东权益应占亏损2873万港元，同比减少80.95%;每股亏损0.3港仙。
于2025年下半年，公司进行一项企业重组，以加强科研发展，并引入更多专才及技术，从而提升执行能力。该重组涉及美国纳斯达克上市公司TransCode Therapeutics(RNAZ)收购长江生命科技旗下从事研发的附属公司 Polynoma。根据交易安排，长江生命科技预期将成为RNAZ的主要股东。于2026年上半年，由于RNAZ股东尚未批准控股权变更，Polynoma及RNAZ的相关开支均不计入公司的合并财务报表。此项会计处理变动令回顾期内的研发开支大幅减少，取得的亏损遂相应较去年为少。
