【江波龙：取得7.2亿元股票回购专项贷款承诺函】江波龙公告称，公司近日取得中国建设银行深圳市分行出具的《承诺函》，同意为公司回购股份提供不超过7.2亿元专项贷款额度，贷款期限不超过3年，专项用于回购公司A股股票。此前公司披露回购方案，拟回购资金总额不低于4亿元且不超过8亿元，回购价格不超过735元/股，回购股份将用于股权激励或员工持股计划。
