8月11日金融一线消息，上海市经济和信息化委员会印发《上海市软件和信息服务业发展“十五五”规划》。其中提到，加快金融科技产业数智化提质。构建AI金融创新产品矩阵，聚焦金融产业核心业务场景，研发金融行业大模型，发展智能投顾智能体、AI合规风控系统等创新产品，形成“决策-交易-风控-管理”一体化能力链。拓展新型金融应用场景，推动数字人民币在元宇宙、供应链金融等场景创新应用，依托智能合约、区块链等技术，探索现实世界资产（RWA）数字化拆分、标准化流转、合规化流通，构建安全可控、全程可溯、高效便捷的支付清算体系。创新金融数智化服务体验，发展按需保险、先买后付、动态授信等轻量化、敏捷化金融产品，普及无感式、实时化金融消费新体验。
