智通财经APP讯，创新奇智(02121)发布公告，由于市场需求提升以及本公司平台化能力和产品标准化提升带来的经营效率优化，预计本集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月期间录得经调整净利润(非国际财务报告准则计量)人民币200-400万元，相较于 2025年同期录得的经调整净亏损人民币668.1万元实现大幅好转。本公司将秉承持续务实和长期发展的战略，积极应对市场挑战，努力服务客户降本增效，同时提升自身的技术产品及业务持续经营能力。
本公司将经调整的利润╱(亏损)净额定义为通过加回以股份为基础的付款开支、收购产生的无形资产摊销及按公允价值计量且变动计入损益的金融资产╱负债的公允价值变动而作出调整的期内净亏损。其中按公允价值计量且变动计入损益的金融资产╱负债的公允价值变动主要包括或然代价和其他金融投资的公允价值变动。本公司认为，该等非国际财务报告准则计量工具可通过消除若干项目的潜在影响，有利于比较不同期间及不同公司间的经营表现。
