智通财经APP讯，中金公司(03908)发布公告，经中国证券监督管理委员会证监许可【2026】154号文批复，中国国际金融股份有限公司(以下简称“中金公司”或“发行人”)获准面向专业投资者公开发行不超过人民币350亿元(含350亿元)的公司债券。
根据《中国国际金融股份有限公司2026 年面向专业投资者公开发行短期公司债券(第一期)发行公告》(以下简称“《发行公告》”)，中国国际金融股份有限公司2026年面向专业投资者公开发行短期公司债券(第一期)(以下简称“本期债券”)的发行规模为不超过60亿元(含60亿元)，发行价格100元/张，采取面向《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》及相关管理办法规定的专业投资者询价配售的方式发行。
本期债券发行工作已于2026年8月14日结束，发行结果如下：
本期债券品种一实际发行规模为14亿元，最终票面利率为1.49%，认购倍数为6.02 倍;品种二实际发行规模为19亿元，最终票面利率为1.50%，认购倍数为5.28倍。
