McGraw Hill Posts Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Higher Revenue; Shares Up Pre-Bell

McGraw Hill (MH) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.59 per diluted share, compared with a breakeven a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected non-GAAP EPS of $0.48.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $549.9 million, compared with $535.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $532 million.

The company reiterated its fiscal 2027 outlook of $2.12 billion to $2.18 billion in revenue. Analysts expect $2.15 billion.

McGraw Hill shares were up 3.8% in premarket activity.
