本集团截至2026年6月30日止6个月取得净亏损乃主要由于下列因素的综合影响：
海外市场需求疲软及关税政策不确定性：2026年上半年，全球经济增速放缓，美国厨房小家电总体需求走弱;同时，主要出口目的地关税调整频繁，外销订单量面临下行压力;原材料成本显著上升：2026年以来，原材料价格上涨，导致产品成本上升，利润率下降;及汇率波动导致汇兑损失增加：2026年上半年，美元兑人民币持续贬值，而本集团出口业务结算货币主要以美元为主，汇率波动产生较大汇兑损失。
