Honghwa International will acquire a right‑of‑use asset from parent Chunghwa Telecom (TPE:2412) for NT$9.3 million, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The five‑year lease covers 142.88 ping of office space in New Taipei City, with total lease payments of NT$10.3 million. Average rent is NT$1,204 per ping per month, the filing said.
