智通财经APP讯，华森制药(002907.SZ)发布公告，公司控股子公司成都华森奥睿药业有限公司(以下简称“华森奥睿”)于近日收到国家药品监督管理局(以下简称“国家药监局”)核准签发的磷酸ORIC-1327滴眼液对应2个适应症共6个规格的《药物临床试验批准通知书》。
磷酸ORIC-1327滴眼液(项目编号ORIP-1009)是由华森奥睿自主研发、拥有完全自主知识产权的选择性小分子抑制剂，临床拟用于青光眼及高眼压症患者的治疗。临床前研究已在新西兰兔和食蟹猴中证实该药物具有显著的降眼压作用，同时具备良好的眼部安全性，展现出良好的成药前景。
