Salt Investments' (SGX:FQ7) application for a two-month extension to convene its annual general meeting and submit its annual report has been rejected by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading, according to a Thursday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.

The company said it is currently seeking advice on the relevant action, including making an appeal to SGX RegCo regarding the current outcome of its application for an extension of time.

However, the company has been given an extension till Sept. 29 by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority to convene its AGM, and until Oct. 30 to file its annual return.
