【均胜电子(00699.HK)附属安徽均胜拟引入15亿战略投资】智通财经APP讯，均胜电子(00699.HK)发布公告，于2026年8月13日，安徽均胜汽车安全系统控股有限公司(安徽均胜，公司附属公司)、本公司、兴银投资及中邮投资订立兴银及中邮增资协议，据此，兴银投资及中邮投资同意分别以现金人民币5亿元及人民币10亿元认购安徽均胜新增注册资本人民币3040.601865万元及人民币6081.203731万元。
