Quanta Computer (TPE:2382) will invest $20 million in Achi Capital Partners Fund II, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The investment will be made in installments based on the fund's capital call schedule and will represent less than 5% of the fund.
The investment is intended as a long-term investment, Quanta Computer said.
