Miniso (HKG:9896) expects a profit of between 940 million yuan and 960 million yuan in the first half, up 4% to 6% year over year.
Revenue is expected to rise by 22% to 23% to 11.5 billion yuan and 11.6 billion yuan, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The retailer attributed the forecast to an unrealized mark-to-market gain from fair value changes of an investment in a limited partnership, as well as an equity pick-up from an investment in Yonghui Superstores.
