自2026年8月14日起生效：赵广彬先生获委任为公司审核委员会成员;周全先生获委任为公司审核委员会成员;钱倩女士获委任为公司合规委员会成员。
此外，赵广彬先生、周全先生及钱倩女士获委任为独立非执行董事后，将同时加入自2026年3月19日成立并由全体独立非执行董事组成的特别调查委员会，彼等在宏观经济与政策研究、财务合规与投融资实务、境内外法律合规与上市公司治理等领域将全面强化调委会在独立调查审阅、财务风险评估、合规制度检视等方面的专业判断力。与此同时，其亦将以其宏观视野、行业资源及法律专业积淀，在集团未来战略决策、治理结构优化及合规体系长效建设等层面持续贡献智慧，构建更加规范、透明、可持续的治理格局。
